The Science Museum celebrated its Patron’s Summer Party on Wednesday 22nd June 2016 in the Making of a Modern World gallery at the iconic venue in Kensington, London. The summer party marks the start of busy summer schedule that includes a new exhibition ‘Wounded: Conflict, Casualties and Care’ about the huge medical and human impact of wounding during and beyond the First World War; The Clockmakers’ Museum with more than 1000 timepieces that tell the story of London’s clockmakers and the Information Age exhibition which celebrates over 200 years of communication and information technology.
